How to delete temp files and cookies from Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer
Close to the top of the window on the right hand side there is a pull down menu item labeled Tools
Left click one time on the word Tools and a drop down menu should appear
Select Internet Options
On the General tab under the Browsing History section left click on the Delete icon
Select Delete Files on Temporary Internet Files section
Select Delete Cookies on the Cookies section
Select Close to close the window
Select OK to close the Internet Options window
